Overview

Document management solutions enable centralised authoring, filing, tracking and retrieval of documents and information across an organisation. Instead of individuals storing and managing documents within their local file structure, documents are created and managed in a secure repository. This enables other users with appropriate authorisation and user rights to access, manage and edit these documents.
